These terms apply when you buy from www.org.sfiva.ae. Placing an order means you accept them.

What we sell

SFIVA Organic Hair Oil, a cosmetic product for external use on hair and scalp, sold in 100 ml amber glass bottles, singly or in multi-bottle packs.

What it is not

SFIVA is a cosmetic, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing on this site should be read as a medical claim. If you are losing hair suddenly, in patches, or alongside other symptoms, please see a doctor. Patch-test before first use and stop if your skin reacts.

Prices and currency

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees, UAE dirhams or US dollars — whichever you select — and include any applicable VAT. The price you see at checkout is the price charged; we calculate every total on our own server and ignore anything sent from your browser. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email accepts it and forms the contract. We may decline an order where the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, we cannot deliver to your address, or we suspect fraud. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Paying

• Card and Apple Pay through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us.
• Cash on delivery in Pakistan and the UAE, paid to the courier on arrival. Large cash-on-delivery orders are confirmed by WhatsApp before dispatch.

Delivery

Times and costs are on the shipping page. Those times are estimates from the courier, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancelling and returning

Discount codes

One code per order unless we say otherwise. Codes have no cash value, cannot be applied retrospectively, and we may withdraw a code at any time before you use it.

Reviews you post

By submitting a review you confirm it is your own honest experience of the product, and you give us permission to publish it with the name and city you supply. We remove reviews that are abusive, defamatory, off-topic or not from a real customer, but we do not remove a review simply for being negative.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any protection you have under the law of the country you live in.
